Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the pristine condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will require the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon accepting your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label, as well as comprehensive instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be aware that items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We kindly request that you inspect your order upon receipt and promptly contact us if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we may assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including bespoke products such as special orders or personalised items. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item, please contact us. Please note, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To expedite the process of receiving your desired item, we recommend returning the item you currently possess and, once the return is accepted, placing a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you reserve the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As previously mentioned, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return, informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Kindly note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Should more than 15 business days have elapsed since we approved your return, please contact us.
