Refund policy
We want you to feel entirely confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a lenient return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags attached and returned in its complete packaging. This includes jewellery boxes, pouches, certificates (if applicable), and any branded inserts. A proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us first. Once accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and further instructions. We cover return shipping within the EU; for international returns, a shipping fee may apply. Kindly note that items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted. When sending back your item, please include a note inside the package with the word “Return” followed by your 4-digit order number (e.g., Return: 1234). You’ll find this number in your purchase confirmation email and on your invoice.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Many of our pieces are made specifically for you and are therefore not eligible for return. This includes:
- Bespoke and personalised items, including engravings or special-order designs
- Rings with diamonds set all the way around, which are made to your exact size and cannot be resized without remaking the entire piece
- Rings priced above 50,000 SEK, which are always custom made to order and non-refundable
- Sale items and gift cards
That said, we deeply value your satisfaction. For non-refundable items, we’re often able to offer resizing or other alterations—please reach out to discuss what’s possible.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or style, the fastest solution is to request a return and place a new order for your preferred item once the return has been accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. However, please note that most of our rings are custom-made to order, tailored to your specific size and design preferences. As such, these items are exempt from the EU cooling-off period under Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive.
For non-custom items, such as ready-to-ship pieces or those not made to specific requirements, you are entitled to return your order within 14 days, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, we’re happy to advise—just get in touch.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
